A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.
Other Things to Note:
The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.
Sand & Sea is a non-smoking property
Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!
This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book

Right when we walked in, we fell in love with this charming condo. From the moment we booked our vacation, from the time we checked out, we had incredible customer service. Online communication was excellent and the staff at the check-in desk were so kind and helpful. The host replied right away anytime I had questions. We loved how close it was to the beach, and all of the fun attractions we wanted to do nearby. We never had to get in our car once during our stay. The condo and the facility felt clean and safe, which is so appreciated traveling as a single mom with my young daughter. We would be so happy to book with them again!

Our party of 4 stayed in the Agate Hunter for the Soccer in the Sand tournament. The unit was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It is perfectly located, close to everything Seaside has to offer. We highly recommend!
