Cozy ground floor unit of this duplex can accommodate up to 4 people, (or 10 if rented with the unit above; 421 Beach). Easy beach access, just off the Promenade, right in the heart of Seaside and downtown. Steps to the Turnaround, downtown, shopping, arcades and restaurants. Living room has flat screen TV with cable, free wifi, dining area, complete kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Back yard is fenced, and shared with both units and includes outdoor seating, and BBQ. Each unit has parking for 2 cars.
Pets are ok with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee. 1 pet only. You will be charged after your reservation has been confirmed and the pet is approved.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is excellent and the apartment is clean and well equipped. Overall, the carpet and linens could use a refresh, but it was the end of the season and more importantly, they allowed us to bring our furry family member. We will be back!
