The perfect choice if you're looking to explore Suffolk & Norfolk. Situated on a peaceful village lane close to the border of Suffolk & Norfolk. Mere minutes away from 14 miles of Thornham Walks, ideal for walking the dog or a just taking a quiet stroll.
A well equiped property with free wifi and off street parking. The living room has two comfy sofas with a large smart TV and log burning stove with a complementary basket of logs.
The kitchen is equally well equipped with utensils along with a fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Off the kitchen diner is a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and sink.
Upstairs you will find the main bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. The main bedroom is spacious and has a double bed. The second bedroom is a smaller room with 4ft small double bed.
Towels & bed linen are provided.
To the rear is the courtyard garden, perfect for a relaxing drink. If you don't feel like cooking there are three friendly local pubs minutes away. The Walnut Tree does great vegetarian and vegan meals!
Pets are welcome, however, please keep them off of beds and soft furnishings.
There is no facility for the charging of electrics cars. Charging points can be found in Eye & Diss.
