Castle view
Great location, communication from owner, comfortable and everything you could need for a family break. Despite breaking my ankle.the day before travelling I managed really well. The downstairs toilet was a life saver. Beds were very comfortable, view of the castle from one bedroom.
Parking out front limited, especially as an area coned off for works- but local free.car.park was recommended on request only a.few minutes away

Perfect relaxing getaway
Every single detail has been carefully thought out to maximise comfort, from bedding to a nice coffee machine. My 3yo loved the toy chest, and didn’t even touch his own toys from home.

A very nice stay in a cosy cottage, a short distance from Framlingham centre.
The property was immaculate, well considered, and in a good location. Nicky was accommodating and attentive. A very nice property, and I’d recommend it to friends and family.
I’m a very light sleeper, so slept in the rear twin bedroom instead of the double bedroom at the front, because of the close proximity to the road. I knew I would do this before I booked the property.

Stunning cottage in Framlingham
This was the loveliest cottage we have stayed in on Booking.com in over 10 years of using them. The cottage is pristine, homely, comfortable and tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. The courtyard garden is beautiful and waking up in the morning to views of Framlingham castle and church was amazing. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance of the town. Nicky was a fantastic host and was so helpful during our stay, always quick to respond to messages and happy to help. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a very memorable new years stay here and would love to come back.

A luxury cottage with a big welcome and wonderful views.
So cosy, clean and clearly so well fitted. Considering it is a property on offer to regular guests, it looked brand new and was very comfy and easy to use. There is a brilliant view of the local Framlingham castle from the kitchen window, and the local walks and surrounding areas are beautiful and the town is charming. We went to visit Sutton Hoo and it was a perfect place to stay. Many thanks Nicky!
