House "Julia", surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Schmiedsegg 300 m from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, café 50 m, bus stop "Kappl Abzw Niederhof" 70 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.7 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Schönes Haus, viele Zimmer, super sauber, sehr nette Vermieter, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist über den Skibus gut an Ischgl angebunden. Gerne wieder!

Royale vakantiewoning. Wel wat gedateerd. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er. Prachtige ligging, net buiten Kappl. Bij sneeuwval wel moeilijker met de auto te bereiken, doordat het laatste stuk weg van 50 meter erg steil is. Wel 4 prive parkeerplaatsen onderaan die steile weg. Verder omhoog lopen.
