Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with satellite TV. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The 5-room apartment is on the 2nd floor and the 3-room apartment is in the basement. All bathrooms have a cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. Second floor: underfloor heating and each bathroom has a towel warmer. In the 5-room flat there are safes in every room, in the 3-room flat there is a safe. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
