Apartment was clean.

The hostess, she was very unpleasant, unhelpful with advice on how to enjoy the area, and was verbally very rude and made us feel unwelcome. She invaded our privacy and came snooping in our apartment everyday whilst we were not there. Although she did tell us that she would come to collect the rubbish and recyclables every other day, we naively assumed that she would knock on the door and asked us for it. We didn't dream that she would enter our apartment (that we had paid for in full to rent) every day while we were out, to check on us, on the pretext of collecting the rubbish. She moved around our belongings on occasion. She was there, outside her apartment (a floor below the one we rented), cunningly waiting for us to return from our day trip, excited to charge us for a little damage that she had proudly spotted on her daily scrounge. I mean, come on, she stripped some bed linen that had a felt tip mark and had it washed, ready to show us immediately when we returned from being out only a few hours, that it didn't come out in the wash! And then, there's a way to kindly ask for compensation for damage and there's a way. She presented us with a list of written requests, very impolitely written and threatened to charge us further for damages. We couldn't really relax. If you feel you can deal with an unpleasant hostess, the apartment itself was not child friendly, the balcony was dangerously low for children. The reading lights next to the bed were hot and my daughter burnt her fingers on it. The kitchen was not fully equipped, there was no oven and other basics such as no laundry service anywhere in Kappl (that's what she told us). She introduced new rules which are not stated in the house rules, such as no candles could be lit . The internet did not work the last night we were there which interfered with our journey bookings. Apparently, she finds it difficult to host paying guests and give them their privacy.

Trevligt, rent boende med omtanke om detaljer och med fin utsikt och balkong.

En trevlig lägenhet som ligger högt med fin utsikt. Vi bodde i lägenheten en trappa ner från parkeringen med närhet till stort, fint rum med pjäxtork och förvaring av skidor. Till varje rum fanns en wc, handfat och dusch. I tidigare recensioner nämns problem med fläkt men det är åtgärdat med en möjlighet att täcka för sensor för ”nacht modus”. Vi hade varmvatten hela tiden. Avfall tömdes dagligen och sorteringen var bra och enkel. Kök och matsal ligger vägg i vägg men separat. Det hade varit bättre med ett rum, och då kunde det funnits plats med större diskmaskin och ugn. I övrigt saknade vi inte något. Värden var hjälpsam och lätt att kontakta. Det finns parkering vid boendet. Det är en lite brant väg upp till boendet men vägarna tas väl omhand i Kappl som är en jättetrevlig liten stad/by. Det finns flera bra restauranger och bra bussförbindelse. Skidbussen gick upp förbi huset två gånger på morgon och två gånger på eftermiddagen.
