In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 85 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The rental property extends over 2 floors (ground floor and 2nd floor) and is partly open to the staircase. In summer, not all accommodation units are available for occupancy by fewer people than the maximum number of persons. However, all units are available for a surcharge.
