In the resort, 200 m from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 7 km from the lake, 7 km from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. In the house: table tennis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Restaurant 2 km, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Pians Dorf" 300 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 7.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake 7 km. Tennis 500 m, gondola lift 7 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus 35 km, St. Anton 20 km, Ischgl 24 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
