In the district of Obermühl 1.3 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope. For shared use: table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Kappl Obermühl" 190 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
