In the district of Obermühl 1.3 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope. For shared use: table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Kappl Obermühl" 190 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Kappl/Umstieg in Skigebiete See, Ischgl and Galtür möglich. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Silvretta Card Premium member company – compulsory service: Adults aged 17 and over: €7.00/day, children aged 8–16: €3.50/day, children aged 0–7: free. Valid for bookings from mid-May to mid-October of the year. Unlimited use of all open mountain railways and public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.
