Shinjuku -JX house SJ0284

Good location, nice and clean very cozy for a group stay, and staff really helpful and fast reply.

No elevator, only one air conditioner for the whole house.

Great location. Quiet but very walkable to major stations and fun areas for eating.

Very small. Hard to fully unpack your luggage, very small shower.

The location - 5 minutes walk from the station. The street is not so noisy. Beds were good. A/C was ok.

No water at all during three early morning in a row. We could not shower in the morning. This is a recurring problem mentioned in other comments and this is not acceptable. Water and electricity are the basics….Flooring is sticky . No access to the balcony as the beds are booking the way. Noisy during the night as the shop below the department keeps moving its scooter fleet. Never saw the management in person however they responded by email pretty quick. No elevator. Dark mold in shower silicon joints. No upper shades or curtains . so it’s not dark when the sun raises. Squeaking apartment door, so you cannot get in or out without waking up every one.
