Modern apartment in a charming town close to Milan

The location is great if you come by car - you can drive easily to a metro station that goes directly to the city centre of Milan. But in the evening, after exploring Milan, we found out that the apartment lies in a beautiful surrounding: an old palazzo, a bridge across the canal, picturesque landscape along the canal. The apartment looks freshly renovated and it is kept perfectly clean. The chek-in is via lockbox. The owner answers promptly to any question and he provided us with detailed information on what to see, where to eat, where to shop and where to park our car. All in all it was a perfect accomodation, I recommend it!

Comfortable place to stay over night as we drove from Germany to Tuscany. Clean, comfy beds, well equipped and good air conditioning.

Excellent value for money

The location is excellent. The Naviglio (a canal with bridge right in front of the property) is a bit like the Brenta of Venice, since all the big-town Milano nobles from the 16th to 18th centuries built their countryside villas along this canal. This creates a pleasant environment with a historical flavor. Besides, you get the typical Italian lifestyle - all evenings, everybody in the village seems to sit out at the few cafes/bars and restaurants along the Naviglio. The road along the Naviglio is traffic restricted, so if you are into dog walking this is the place to go. Visiting Milano is convenient, there is a commuter train connection starting from Albairate (6 kilometers from the property) with free and unlimited parking at Albairate station, so you can avoid the headaches you might otherwise encounter with Milano traffic congestion and lack of parking facilities. (But beware, Italian trains are almost as unreliable as German ones, so download the TrenNord app and check beforehand whether the train is actually going.....). Parking in the village center (church, central square and surrounding streets) is severely restricted, during daytime from 8am to 8pm there is almost everywhere a time limitation of 1h. But during 2 weeks where we mostly flaunted the parking rules we got never ticketed.... If you are happy to walk a few meters, there is free and unlimited parking at about 300 m distance from the property, on the other side of the Naviglio. The property is newly renovated, simple but fit for purpose even during a heatwave, excellent value for money.

De ruimte van het appartement was prima. Plaatsje Robecco was ook erg leuk, authentiek Italiaans. Heerlijk hardgelopen langs het kanaal.

Het appartement is heel erg gehorig. Je hebt vrij snel last van buren onder en boven. De isolatie tussen de verschillende verdiepingen laat veel te wensen over. Dat was echt een minpunt, want we hadden erg veel last van feestende onderburen

BREVE SOGGIORNO PER VIAGGIO DI LAVORO - 4 NOTTI

Si tratta di una vecchia casa di campagna che sembra di recente ristrutturazione. Ottimo appartamento, spazioso, confortevole e completo di angolo cucina ben accessoriato. Molto bella anche la posizione vicino al ponte sul naviglio e vicino ai ristoranti. Buona la commessione WiFi. Il proprietario di casa è stato molto gentile e mi ha dato tutte le istruzioni dettagliate per entrare in autonomia. In generale da parte mia valutazione molto positiva, sono stato bene durante la mia permanenza.

Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio avevo trovato posto in strada, qualche minuto a piedi dall'appartamento, mi è sembrata una zona tranquilla. Quando entri nella corte di questa casa a terra ci sono dei sassolini che sono un po' scomodi quando porti il trolley. Per accedere all'appartamento al 1° piano c'è una scala piccola che può essere un po' scomoda se devi portare dei bagagli pesanti. Ma questi sono aspetti marginali perché l'appartamento è comunque molto bello e ben tenuto.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Appartement - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr sauberes, geräumiges, zweckmäßig ausgestattetes, vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviertes Appartement in bester Lage in dem schönen Örtchen. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Mailand, Novara und Pavia, aber auch zu den oberitalienischen Seen.

Da unsere Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin lagen, ergaben sich spannende Einblicke in das italienische Nachtleben ;) .....

Vacanza come in casa a Robecco

Appartamento nuovo dall’arredo moderno senza fronzoli, molto confortevole. C’era liquido lavapiatti, spugnetta, asciugapiatti e persino capsule di lisciva sopra alla lavatrice. Tante grucce nell’armadio, tutto pulito e ordinato. Le spiegazioni ricevute per accedere alla struttura e le informazioni molto chiare e dettagliate.

La signora che si occupa delle pulizie è la persona più gentile che si possa incontrare e anche il proprietario lo è. L’appartamento è proprio di fronte a villa Gaia Gandini dove eravamo invitati ad un matrimonio. Più comodo di cosi è impossibile

Appartamento con ottime finiture, accogliente e fornito di tutti i confort, situato in un contesto storico veramente incantevole. Carlo ed Enza mi hanno agevolato in tutto, dall’arrivo al check out, gentilissimi e super disponibili.

Nahe an der Perfektion - gerne wieder!!!

Unser Aufenthalt wurde perfekt von unserem Gastgeber vorbereitet - wir bekamen ein vierseitiges Dokument mit zahlreichen Youtube-Links, in dem alles Wissenswerte - von der Schlüsselübergabe über einen Safe / Postbox bis zur Abreise - erklärt wurde, zwar auf Italienisch, aber per Internetübersetzung nutzbar. Das Apartment liegt am Rand des Altstadt fußläufig zur Flusspromenade mit Cafes und Restaurants. Es war großzügig und vollumfänglich eingerichtet, bis hin zum Bidet, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, und absolut perfekt sauber!!! Zudem sehr still und zum Schlafen konnte man über Außenjalousien eine schlaffördernde Dunkelheit erzeugen. Zudem optimale Mülltrennung, Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln.

Leider durften wir das Auto nicht im Innenhof parken, der ausschließlich Dauermietern vorbehalten ist, so dass wir auf den nahegelegenen, aber stark genutzten KIrchplatz ausweichen mussten - in der Straße selbst wird stark kontrolliert und Strafzettel verteilt. In der Küche gab es für den Kaffee nur Espressotassen, so dass ich auf ein Glas ausweichen musste. Die Dusche war ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig in der Bedienung.

Останавливались в этих апартаментах с семьёй четыре человека. Я долго выбирала место для проживания чтобы было удобно добраться из аэропорта мальпенса до озера Комо а также в Милан. На мой взгляд это было оптимальное решение. До любого места было в дороге не больше часа. Если вы хотите увидеть настоящую Италию нетуристическую то я вам очень рекомендую этот городок. Оно само очарование деревенской провинции со своей истории. Апартаменты были очень удобными для нас всё очень чисто красиво современно. В одной спален на втором этаже не хочется на ночь зашторивать окна , хочется просыпаться среди ночи смотреть на ночной мост и канал. Один раз мы ужинали в 5 минутах ходьбы от квартиры было волшебно совсем недорого аутентично вкусно. Второй раз поехали в ресторан 5 минут на машине такой пиццы мне кажется я не ела никогда. Хозяин квартиры очень любезен всегда отвечал на все вопросы давал рекомендации. Кровати удобные вода горячая в каждой комнате есть кондиционер в ванных батарея отопления. Четыре ночи было мало совсем не хотелось уезжать. В Италии Я уже 10 раз хочу приезжать сюда снова и снова и остаться жить на пенсии
