Cold, heating not working properly, when you try to use the air-conditioning instead - electricity fail-safed all the time. As I mentioned, it was cold, and when we turned on the air conditioners, the circuit breakers tripped. The thermostat for the wall radiators was not working either. Still, when you are expecting guests, everything is expected to be turned on and the indoor temperature should not be 14 degrees. Not to mention that the apartment is not suitable for 7 adults, but for a maximum of 6.

Value for money stay near Milan

We were a group attending a fair at the Milan Rho exhibition center and this location was an ideal solution to allow us to avoid the city traffic every morning while being within half hour drive from the venue. Location is very good. Quiet and secure, with a good selection of of shops, supermarkets and dining options nearby at an extremely competitive price point. Facilities were very clean and fully equipped and the staff was very friendly and reactive for all needs. Overall recommended.

Perfect stay for a night or two during your travel

A nice flat in Trecate. The place is comfortable with all the amenities you need. Large flat, comfortable beds, good wifi coverage. The hosts are helpful. You can park in front of the house on the street. Perfect for a mid-journey stay.

Noisy. There is traffic noise from the streets and we had noisy people in the other flats. The neighborhood is not fancy.

the bed was ok.

the bathroom was very dirty on arrival. The bidet was blocked with some puke. the internet was intermittently working. Night time the property was very very noisy by the neighbours up until 1 am. The heating controller was turned off so we could not control the heating.

Overall good apartments. Close to my work place, has almost everything you need for longer stay. Air conditioniers in rooms let to choose comfortable temperature.

Kitchen needs renewal. Some of tools were pretty used up. Freezer in fridge needs defrosting, ice takes a lot of space in there.

In a one bedroom apartment there is only a bathtub. It would be nice to have a curtain to have a fast shower. Also, very small fridge. Keep in mind that no oven also.
