Quiet and comfortable farm stay.

Very spacious and clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, great breakfast.

Night table lamp was too dim and too low to read in bed.

Typical Italian Cascina

Rooms are not all the same. We rent the 4 available rooms and one of them is smaller and not so cozy as the others. Since we had all the building for our group and the Kitchen available through the night we could spent a good time joying.

A little bit away from Novara city center (about 8 km). No problem when you go by car, i was there by bicycle

The owners are a lovely couple. They were very attentive and always willing to help in any way possible.

I went there to do a course in a nearby veterinary hospital which was quite far away, so I had a good 50min walk each day. However, the place is in the middle of the countryside and surrounding farms, so I actually enjoyed the walks.

A great experience of Italian culture and hospitality.

The host was very welcoming, attentive and a pleasure to meet. The breakfast was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We arrived in late evening and would have appreciated a kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

this is an average accommodation, the host tried to do her best for us.

Breakfast was minimal. the location was good. the room is big, also the bath room is big, and the shower was good. The bed wasn't comfortable. There is an upper kitchen where guests can prepare food and so.

Excellent break for the long trip across Italy

Cinzia and her husband are incredibly friendly hosts. They do everything to make sure you feel at home, starting with a delicious breakfast, suggesting the best restaurants in the roundings for the dinner, and making sure you have everything you need in your room for a relaxing stay.

Neat little agriturismo close enough to the city.

This neat, very clean, little agriturismo was enjoyed by my Italian wife and myself. Plenty of space to relax outside, see the animals, or take a nice stroll away from the city. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to Agosto but we were able to find a nice restaurant nearby…this was understandable and we expected it to be closed. Italy in August. :) Breakfast this morning was plentiful and same with getting your cafe or cappuccino. Wi-Fi was very sufficient. There were board games, books and card games to enjoy (my wife and I enjoyed these). Definitely want to go back when the restaurant is open. If you’re headed out to Novara I recommend this very clean place! (My pictures were taken after we were there and settled…but I promise the place was better than the pictures taken).

Seriously cannot think of anything that would make me not like the property.

A very nice place just outside Novara in an old farm surrounded by rice fields. It is very quiet, well-equipped with beautiful rooms and a nice breakfast room. The hosts are also very friendly and helpful and serve a delicious breakfast. A great place from where to explore Novara and the region.

Tranquil setting in the rice fields outside Novara. We had a great evening walk around the property. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately the restaurant was shut, but there were free snacks available.

It is a new one. The owner is very nice and will try to accomodate your request! Room is clean. Nicethe idea of coffee machine and tea and some snacks in the living room.

Ruhiger und versteckter Ort zum Verweilen inmitten der typischen Reisfelder

Ein wahres Juwel inmitten von Reisfeldern. Wir waren sehr froh, Vorort gewesen zu sein und ein kleines Paradies entdeckt zu haben. Novara liegt in der Nähe und ist komfortabel mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Und die Gastgeberin Antonella versucht einen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen 😍.

Sono stato in questa struttura per un viaggio di lavoro. C'è un grande parcheggio privato e le stanze sono grandi e pulite. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la doccia ampia e con acqua abbondante. Colazione varia e per tutti i gusti, sia dolce che salata su richiesta.
