Definitely coming back and highly recommended

The cleanliness was very exceptional. The building and environment were clean and quiet and well secured with cctv. The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the lighting was superb. The kitchen was well equipped with everything functioning well. The bedrooms and living room were spacious. Everything was just perfect! 👌

Chinche en la cama la primera noche, salida inmediata y 600 € no reembolsados.

La primera noche de la estancia encontramos un insecto en una de las camas, claramente identificable como una chinche. Avisamos de inmediato al alojamiento y aportamos fotos y vídeos. El alojamiento negó que se tratara de una chinche, alegando que era “un insecto típico de Novara procedente de los arrozales, la Halyomorpha halys, que es 5 veces más grande que la chinche que había en la cama. Esta explicación no es creíble: tenemos familia en la zona y conocemos ese tipo de insectos, y no se correspondía con lo encontrado en la cama. Ante la gravedad de la situación, abandonamos el alojamiento esa misma mañana y contactamos tanto con el alojamiento como con Booking. A pesar de ello, se negaron a realizar cualquier reembolso. Perdimos 600 €. No se ofreció cambio de alojamiento ni solución alternativa. Viajábamos con un bebé, lo que hace la situación aún más preocupante. Más allá del insecto, lo más inaceptable fue la gestión posterior: negación del problema, falta de responsabilidad y cero empatía hacia la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Si te llevas una chinche a casa el resultado puede ser catastrófico. No recomiendo este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto.

Apartament przestronny, czysty z bardzo sprawną klimatyzacją. Dobrze wyposażony (chociaż brak korkociągu). Łóżka wygodne, darmowy parking przy ulicy. Miejsce spokojne i ciche. W pobliżu sklepy. Do centrum około 20min spacerem. Gospodarz kontaktowy i gotowy do pomocy. Polecam Apartament

System zamykania i otwierania jest zdecydowanie za bardzo udziwniony. Zamek na szyfr byłby mniej kłopotliwy i stresujący

Benissimo per la posizione non lontana dal centro di tutto e da tutti i servizi. L'alloggio è davvero accogliente, spazioso e compreso di tutti i confort.

Il cancello esterno da un po' di problemi per entrare per un problema momentaneo che si spera mettano apposto presto. La pulizia andava bene anche se non era perfetta.

Magnifique 😍

Un appartement bien équipé et très propre. Je me sentais bien chez moi tellement j’aime bien. L’hôte est très gentil et il est très à l’écoute. Il suffit de lui envoyer un message et il répond tt de suite. L’emplacement est très bien aussi . Proche de le magnifique lac de como et de la suisse . En 1 journée nous avons les 2 destinations. 🥰.
