Lovely apartment felt very secure and relaxing to stay in - perfect for what we wanted

Lovely clean apartment with a couple of nice bedrooms and private parking.

Please this is less criticism but information for other guests and to support some easy improvements. Check in is via an app that is sent well before your stay - however the app likely the most annoying check in experience I have ever had. Checking in gets you 2 codes with no explanation on how to use them When you arrive there are 4 combination padlocks on the date and a key pad - there is no explanation given - but count from the left to your apartment number and that opens the key box. use the key in a blue button on the left of the gate - this opens the gate! The apartment is lovely and almost well equipped - it has an oven but nothing to use in the oven trays dishes, nothing. - it has a hob that's a bit temperamental but 2 rings work ok - it has a dishwasher but bring your own tablets - its nice to keep the place clean but there is very little in cleaning kit (a bottle of washing up liquid and a sponge) - its nice to take the waste out but on one bag is provided - its good to recycle but the recycle bins are not labelled which is which - it has good wifi but you need to ask for the password as its not written down These are all very simple and low cost to resolve and make a good apartment truly excellent. This score should be a 9 or 10 but these small east to resolve things let it down.

Eine moderne und große Wohnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz und die Zufahrt mit dem elektrischen Tor sind sehr gut.

Wifi Passwort war nicht direkt zu finden. Erst durch nachfragen habe ich es bekommen. Die Abschlussrechnung habe spät bekommen

Eine schöne Wohnung ideal für auditive Voyeure

Für alle andern Faktoren ausser der äusserst schlechten Schallisolation hätte die Wohnung eine Gesamtwertung von 9-10 verdient! - gute Lage: zu Fuss in einer Viertelstunde im Zentrum, ideal für einen leichten Verdauungsspaziergang nach einem Essen in den tollen Restaurants (zB. Ferrovia e Burro oder Bue di Picche) - grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank/Tiefkühler - bequemes Bett im OG und ein Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer - grosse Terrasse - Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Innenhof und EV-Ladestation auf öffentlichem Parkplatz gleich gegenüber - Perfekte Kommunikation und gute Erklärung der virtuellen Schlüssel (man muss allerdings die Anleitung genau lesen) - ein Online-Check-in, das auf Anhieb funktioniert

Die Wohnung ist so schlecht schallisoliert, dass man meint, die Nachbarn lebten im gleichen Raum. Man hört alles und damit meine ich auch wirklich ALLES, und zwar laut und deutlich.

Non c’erano le coperte il mese di dicembre. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato aperto perché stavano cambiando un tubo. Lo staff molto scortese.

La struttura è confortevole, ha davvero tutto quello di cui ha bisogno, non si sono risparmiati. Ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, posate e pentole, stendino per i panni, lavatrice, tv, wifi. Si vede che è tutto nuovo e appena ristrutturato. Posizione ottima, tanti supermercati vicinj raggiungibili anche a piedi

Le istruzioni per trovare la chiave del cancello erano poco chiare, infatti ho dovuto chiamare. Peroʻ poi era tutto intuitivo. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, sarebbe carino lasciare istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata. Noi abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, e quindi ne abbiamo fatta tanta. Abbiamo separato peroʻ poi ci siamo sentiti un poʻ in colpa a lasciare tutto lì.

Parfait!

Logement neuf, nous étions les premiers.... Quelques mises au point restaient à faire mais le propriétaire était très réactif, sympathique. Logement bien placé, parking privé sécurisé. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces très appréciées pendant cette canicule.

Il manquait encore quelques accessoires (éponge, brosse de WC, support papier toilette, torchon de cuisine, produit lave vaisselle pour dépanner. Le propriétaire réactif ne manquera sûrement pas de finaliser ces détails de mise en route.
