Awful

WiFi and Netflix on the TV

Well, the pictures being advertised are NOT what you get On a main busy road so kept awake; ear plugs were provided but can’t be used Footpath directly outside is un-made easy to trip and fall Main bedroom had an odd smell like dusty and damp; bed sheets smelled of dust and didn’t fit the bed and came off; curtains don’t cover the window so had to keep shutters down; split bunk beds in 2nd bedroom and no air con just a fan; air con recently fitted in main bedroom and hallway; kitchen ok; shower not great; no access through back door so not ideal if a fire at the front of the building at the main entrance; no fire alarm or extinguishers fitted; breakfast consisted of 4 tiny toasted bits of bread and packets of jam; price of €110 is appalling and included all taxes and charges but notice on door asking for a further €1 per person per night for tourism tax. Condition is awful - smell throughout; paint peeling off the bottom of the walls and the photos advertising the property are not accurate Far too much cost for what you get

Very good

Lovely apartment with very spacious rooms. It was clean and had lots of essentials in the bathroom and kitchen. Perfect location to get to the water park from. Easy parking, easy access and easy to find. Lovely breakfast items left for the whole family and lots of coffee available.

Only one fan available so one room was quite hot. Air con only in the hall way which doesn’t reach the rooms.

When we were arrived, whole apartment was cold. Needed 2days to warm up. Old towels. Wi-Fi was not working properly and we were not able to work properly.

Traffic noise

On the main road which was really busy and fast. Every time a lorry went past it felt like it was going to thunder through the apartment. We were woken a lot by the traffic noise. The beds were uncomfortable. One of the single ones was not even a proper bed. The communication with the host was good, they answered queries quickly. It was a big apartment and the shower pressure and temperature were good.

Perfect location for a good rest in your journey

That was a beautiful accomodation. We needed a good rest in our journey and that s what we got. So comfy beds that I woke up before my alarm went off despite being very tired. Breakfast was left in the kitchen and it worked well for us.

I have to actually praise how despite getting there so so late we still got remotely let in and managed to check in.

It was a great stay and we are booking again for sure next time we are visiting!

The host are very friendly and helpful. Above all important for us: beds and mattresses are very comfortable even more as those I have at home, the kitchen cozy and very well equipped. Also very important in a town like Novara where it can get very hot in the summer: the apartment is equipped with a super air-con!!!

Passable

First of all the host didn't inform us that the property have surveillance camera inside of the house and that was very rude! Second, the property was near of the street and can't sleep at the night because of noise of the car from outside. Third, the property has not parking place. We ask about new towels in the morning and the owner answer us at 22:06 in the night and say as that is not possible because he change towel after 4 day's... Very unpleasant property.

Intero appartamento spazioso, parcheggio gratuito fronte struttura dove c'è anche il capolinea del pullman.

Appartamento in generale freddo, termosifoni in bagno quasi tiepidi. Stanza con letto matrimoniale con condizionatore (fondamentale), ma senza stanza solo con termosifone e risultava abbastanza fredda.

Struttura pulitissima, ben accessoriata. Aria condizionata silenziosissima ed efficiente. Materasso (matrimoniale) molto comodo.

Unica pecca: La posizione sulla strada, è stato un grosso problema per me. In quel punto le vetture tendono ad accelerare molto perché è un lungo rettilineo verso i campi e l’appartamento è su piano strada. Purtroppo sentivo il rumore nonostante i tappi nelle orecchie. Ho provato a dormire una notte nella stanzetta singola, ma le cose non sono cambiate perché la finestra è perpendicolare alla strada quindi la rumorosità è identica. Se come me avete il sonno leggero e non siete abituati a rumori simili durante il sonno, potrebbe non fare per voi. Peccato.

Lärm direkt an der Hauptstraße, dürftiges Frühstück mit nur eingepackten Sachen: 2 Zwieback, ein eingeschweißtes Croissant, keine Butter! Auch keine Milch, Eier, Obst oder irgendwas Frisches. Küche hat vieles nicht: ohne Brotmesser, Holzbrettchen, Müslischale, Geschirrtuch. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Gastgeber sondern nur am Telefon.

La casa è antica, con tetti alti. Il riscaldamento non era sufficiente, quindi abbiamo avuto freddo. In camera abbiamo trovato una ragnatela con ragno annesso. La colazione minimal, con brioche confezionate singolarmente, ma senza indicazioni di scadenza o di ingredienti. Le bustine del the erano aperte e alcune addirittura vuote. Abbiamo optato per la colazione in un bar nonostante il prezzo della casa la comprendesse. Il bagno è antico, piatto doccia non accuratamente pulito. Asciugamani vecchi e ingrigiti. Lenzuola vecchie. Nella camera manca la manopola del termosifone. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà della struttura, sembra nuova ma non è così. Anche i muri sono scrostati. Fuori Novara, ma questo per noi non è stato un problema.
