The place too much noise and old cety aloso the building mintenase

Aprtment clean

The building is old and does not have an elevator. The air conditioning is in the corridor, not in the room. The neighborhood is very old and the apartment is noisy. It does not have sound insulation. You feel like you are on the street.

The property was excellent. 1st floor of an apartment building. Big spacious apartment, very clean. Easy to access. The check in was perfect. Check in instruction was very clear. We reached very late, at 2.30 am as our flight was delayed. But Carmine was very kind to stay awake for us to help us to check in. It was so kind of him. Road side parking was available close to the property. Carmine allowed us check out little late.

Ottima soluzione comoda, vicino al centro, accogliente e pulito

L’appartamento è molto carino ed arredato con gusto. Tutto funzionante compreso il Wi-Fi. Il proprietario è molto gentile e la posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro. Soggiorno a Novara per lavoro 3 notti al mese da diversi anni prenotando sempre su Booking: questa è la migliore struttura che abbia mai trovato.

Logement très propre Literie confortable Bien agencé Proximité a pied de la gare ( 15 mn environ à pied) . Nous avons utilisé les transports en commun pour se rendre à Milan Ét Turin

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato molto bene. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi ogni punto d’interesse della città, e l’alloggio è ben curato, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la disponibilità di Carmine, il proprietario: cordiale, attento e sempre presente in caso di necessità. Ha gestito ogni dettaglio con grande professionalità, rendendo il soggiorno semplice e piacevole. Un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca un punto d’appoggio comodo e spazioso!

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento era impeccabile: pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, vicina a tutto ma in una zona tranquilla. L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La cucina è super attrezzata e tutto era perfettamente funzionante. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
