The apartment was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, modern decor & the little kitchen was spotless with basic utensil’s & quality saucepans to cook a small meal. The location was fantastic, Novara was a vibrant charming town many gorgeous shops, not touristy, a number of very good restaurants & cafes offering quality aperitivo and drinks. Will definitely stay here again.
Just a small suggestion may be install a microwave oven in the little kitchen.
Also the heating stopped working the day before checkout not a great problem for us as the apartment has retained heat but it may be an issue in colder weather.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The property was very central, right by the duomo and Novara is lovely to walk around.
When I booked on Booking.com I specified that I needed parking but there was no parking at the property and we spent about an hour trying to find suitable parking. So my complaint is with Booking.com not the people renting the flat.
Also we found it was very difficult to find the key safe and it would have been helpful to have someone there in person to show us where it was. Eventually the owners sent us a video but we went through a very stressful period, particularly with the problems with our car.
