Sadly disappointing, beautiful house but the inside standards to low

it was a self catering house so no comment on breakfast

When we arrived at the accommodation, it was not ready until 4:30 PM because there were other guests staying there. As a result, the cleaning staff rushed to prepare the place, and we ended up facing the consequences with dirty towels, grimy kitchen utensils, pots, and bedsheets. Honestly, paying R25650 for three nights was just not worth it. I rented this place for 10 adults, hoping it would be easier to prepare our own meals, especially since I am the breadwinner. However, I ended up spending three times that amount because the pots were dirty and too small to cook with. The stove was not suitable for the pots we could use, and after purchasing pot scrapers to clean them, we were still facing issues. The fridge was inadequate for 10 adults, and the top section of the fridge didn’t work. Furthermore, the braai facilities were outdated, and we had to barbecue in the dark since the light couldn’t be replaced. There is a pool, but it is not on-site. The owner should clarify that it is a communal pool located about 2 km away from the estate, rather than calling it a private pool, as this could be misleading and considered poor advertising. I was truly heartbroken and sad because I wanted to give my family a nice holiday. Instead, spending so much money on restaurants every day made me miserable and stressed out. To this day, the owner has not called me.
