The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, they were also very quick to respond when we needed assistance. The Chalet is spacious and it was nicely organized with everything we needed. The views from the chalets are spectacular and it is a peaceful place to unwind and relax. We absolutely loved the animals that we could see from our chalets, we were also fortunate to be introduced to a quagga named Grace and we could even touch and feel her. We also loved the hot bathtub and enjoyed spending some time in it. We also loved the indoor braai area, we could nicely braai inside as it was raining when we arrived.
The fire place was a bit smokey so we couldn't really use it to keep the chalet warm.

Easy check in & check out. Friendly, helpful hosts. Beautiful, tranquil setting - enough living space. Not too far from local stores.
There were a lot of flies - but this can't be helped since there are animals close by. The property supplied pesticide - so this helped.
