Perfect location and home for very special family time.

Everything was absolutely amazing with the exception of an unfortunate incident on New Years Ever when an intruder tried to break in. But all in all we had a really great time. Thank you especially to Angie.

The house was not ready when we arrived and the hostest was very unprofessional.

The views from the two bedrooms upstairs and outside area.

The host was very unprofessional. The house needs better security and tlc. The hostest had her kids at the villa as we arrived on check in time and the villa was not ready. We were also rushed to get out as the villa in a very rude manner.

The view and location was stunning! We had all we needed. The washer and dryer was very convenient?

The dishwasher could not wash the longer glasses as it did not fit? The house did not have enough warm water for all the guests every morning and night?

Small maintenance issues e.g - keys that don’t work easily, shower leak to floor below, bathrooms below standard expected for price paid. Not good value unless you use all 5 bedrooms

The 350 keys to lock the many treillis doors We never knew what belong to where Also we get a bit paranoid about our getting stolen If you leave the lounge 2 MN to go upstairs So it was lock and unlock all the time

Cleaning services should be offered and owners need to repair and check all appliances in order.

No breakfast or cleaning! A BIG disappointment!!!!

Everything was good except for us doing our own cleaning and some of the appliances offered did not operate at all, eg. the TV, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cynthia and DeWet were already at the property when we arrived .They always welcome us with such friendliness and make us feel at home the minute we arrived .The house is immaculate and comfortable .The views are spectacular .The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance
