    We had a great stay and will definitely book again when we come back to Fukuoka. Our room was very spacious, clean and complete with the necessities. Staff was very quick to respond to our queries. Check in and out was a breeze.

    10min leisure walk to Tenjin station. Lawson nearby, local ramen favorite ShinShin is just 5 min walk away. Room has microwave and fridge. This is an unmanned hotel and Do note they are strict with 10am checkout time.

    Spacious apartment with a living room. Across from a park however area next to the apartment is a little sketchy, I felt uneasy a few occasions.

    None of us gets a decent sleep. The drunk crowds were SCREAMING. The noise is unbearable. However much we love the location and space there’s no point if we can’t get a decent sleep
