8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The hostel is spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located - everything you could possibly need. We had a slight hiccup with the laundry facilities, but the host handled and resolved it with us promptly on the same day. Great accommodation and great customer service in the end. Highly recommended.
The washing machine, which was advertised as an available facility, was not working/not included. However, the manager/owner resolved the issue.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of days and it was great. Everything is super clean and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom amenities were shared but kept perfectly clean. Besides, the owners were really sweet and helpful with us. They even let us pet the cats and feed them. We loved our stay and really let us enjoy Fukuoka and the surrounding villages.

Location was great, easy access to many stations and places. Room was comfortable and cozy. The place was clean and they provided all the amenities needed. Staff was very comunicative and helpful.
Didn't had the chance to see the cats.

It's a good place to stay, however you cannot play with the cats and you can only see them through the glass, which was a big drawback to me.
