Value for money, absolutely!! location is a minimum 9 minute walk from/to Nakasu Kawabata station so if you and or your friends are not fond of walking then this might be a little overwhelming. Cleanliness is ol but have read reviews regarding the exhaust and still dusty thought that taken care of already. Staff was quick to respond when I messaged them regarding the door passcode as I didn't notice they already sent it thru Agoda message. Overall the facilities are great, elevator is a little bit smaller than usual but again there's stairs for you to use as alternative. I would definitely recommended if you are ok with a little cardio to warm up your day for shopping and site seeing. Thanks!

The accomm was great. Perfect for our group of 5 adult and 1 child. The amenities were clean and functioning properly. No problem with the use of cold and hot water. The nearest train station is 10-15mins away from the accomm depending on your pace. But the most important is there are lots of convenience store nearby for your late night food cravings

나카스와바타역에서 10분 정도 걸리는 거리에 숙소가 있어서 위치면으로는 조금 아쉬워요. 그리고 무인 호텔이라 짐보관 하는 것도 아쉽고요. 짐보관이 필수이신 분들한테 비추입니다.
근데 체크인,아웃은 편리한 편이었습니다! 그냥 키오스크 다룰 줄 아는 사람들은 쉽게 하실 것 같아요.
숙소도 깨끗하고 에어컨, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 냉동고, 세탁기, 드라이기, 칫솔 어매니티, 수건 다 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 다만 수건 리필이 안되기 때문에, 수건을 따로 챙겨오시거나 아님 세탁기로 빨아서 사용하시던가 해야할 것 같습니다.
침대도 3개였어서 편했어요. 2명이서 썼는데 정말 넓게 사용했습니다. 이불 겉면이 살짝 누리끼리한데, 이건 그냥 이불색이고 이불 속은 하얀색에 호텔 이불 그 자체였습니다. 겉면에 보풀이 조금 있었는데 뭐 깨끗해서 그냥 덮고 잤어요.
베개는 깨끗은 하나 비주얼이 조금 그래서 수건 깔고 잤어요.
요약 : 방 넓고 있을 거 다 있음. 깨끗함. 그러나 위치와 짐보관이 중요한 사람들은 비추.
