    This was my second time staying at Giraffe Tenjin, and overall, it was another great experience. The hotel rooms are very nice and look exactly as pictured on the booking website—spacious, beautifully designed in a classic Japanese style, and featuring a lovely onsen-inspired bathroom. Having stayed on the ground floor during my previous visit, I was up one floor this time. I did notice that the bathtub water temperature wasn't quite as hot as it was on the ground floor, though the shower was still perfectly hot with great pressure. The main downside to keep in mind is the luggage storage policy: you cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out outside of a strict window. You can only drop off luggage starting from 11:00 AM, and even then, it requires a pre-booked appointment. Despite that minor inconvenience, the overall quality of the rooms and the tranquil atmosphere make it a fantastic place to stay. I would happily return!

    I fell in love the moment I got into the room. It’s spacious and well built. I loved the Japanese style bedding and the onsen style of bathtub. I saw some other people commented about the water temperature, but it was fine for me, maybe because it’s summer at the moment. The location is very good as well. Lots of restaurants around and walking distance from train and subway. Highly recommend this place.

    Well for me the positive side of Giraffe Tenjin has a big room with onsen tub but has more negative side for me like its hard that you cannot talk ta a staff of the hotel, they don't have luggage storage that if your flight is at night and checked out 11am you have to carry you luggage with you, they don't clean rooms everyday only on the 4th day if you're staying 5 nights or more and you have to be inside the room if they clean the room, they don't have free coffee, bottled water or tea inside the room. We were 5 and i booked 2 rooms knowing each room can accomodate 2 people on each room but they are charging me for an extra 3 guests that's the time i complained coz they just need to charge me for an extra 1 adult. If i did not complain they will charge me for 3 extra guests.

    The hotel uses self service check-in and check out. The room is stylish, spacious, with art-deco, queen size bed with its own Japanese bathtub. Although it takes about 10 mins walk from the subway station, the hotel is surrounded with lots of restaurants and pubs, while locating in a quiet corner.
