    Well for me the positive side of Giraffe Tenjin has a big room with onsen tub but has more negative side for me like its hard that you cannot talk ta a staff of the hotel, they don't have luggage storage that if your flight is at night and checked out 11am you have to carry you luggage with you, they don't clean rooms everyday only on the 4th day if you're staying 5 nights or more and you have to be inside the room if they clean the room, they don't have free coffee, bottled water or tea inside the room. We were 5 and i booked 2 rooms knowing each room can accomodate 2 people on each room but they are charging me for an extra 3 guests that's the time i complained coz they just need to charge me for an extra 1 adult. If i did not complain they will charge me for 3 extra guests.

    The hotel uses self service check-in and check out. The room is stylish, spacious, with art-deco, queen size bed with its own Japanese bathtub. Although it takes about 10 mins walk from the subway station, the hotel is surrounded with lots of restaurants and pubs, while locating in a quiet corner.

    Very stylish hotel room. Bed was super comfy. Bath was lovely after a long day of walking. The shower was nice and warm. The fridge was hard to find at first but once we found it we thought it was really cool. The one thing that wasn’t great was whenever we used the shower, water would flood into the sink area and toilet area. It wasn’t too bad and we just wiped it away with a towel, but I think the shower door could use some sealant on the bottom. Other than that it was an amazing room. The graphics in the bath were super cool too! I highly recommend this hotel!

    The room was incredible and like an art museum. It was very spacious and allowed our toddler and baby to move around freely! It has even a kitchen area with a sink and microwave with a fridge and freezer. The beds were huge and allowed us to sleep very comfortably with our kids. The bath was also huge and allowed us to enjoy the bath together in family. The kids love to play in the water. The only little downside is that it is a bit further away from train stations, but it is still in walkable distance. A reminder that there is no elevator in the building so if you had huge luggages you will have to carry them up the stairs. We requested to have the ground level so it wasn’t an issue for us. They also have self service checkin and checkout so there is no staff to assist you for that. However the cleaning staff there were very nice and friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and modern. This was by far the hotel I loved the most during this trip!!
