    Stayed here while on our trek to the Nakasendo Trail. Very charming hotel, kind staff, great value and wonderful location.

    Liked the room and quiet location. Good onsen on site and staff were helpful. No parking on site but availability paid parking nearby. Plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance

    Convenient for people who want to visit the nearby Magome and Tsumago but I hate having to take off my shoes everytime I entered the hotel. It was too troublesome. Explanations from staff was also not clear and they were not super friendly by Japanese standards. Parking is paid (500yen per day) even though they stated free parking on Agoda. And we arrived on Sunday where they blocked all the roads for Sunday market up till like 3pm but we were not informed by the hotel prior to arrival and it was difficult for us tourists to find an alternate road to the hotel. Probably would not stay again.
