the room was clean and enough space for 2. they brought our luggage up the 3rd floor walkup. the slight inconvenience was the ladies rooms were on the 2nd floor. the food was decent and the staff was very nice. coffee and tea were complimentary and was nice to have in the morning and evenings.

This was a fabulous accommodation for our family of 4. I loved our traditional tatami room. There were added perks included that were a nice surprise (complimentary beverages upon arrival, amazing corn soup!) Ophir greeted us and was an incredibly warm and welcoming presence throughout our stay. The manager of this lovely boutique hotel was very helpful and accommodating. We really feel fortunate to have stayed here.
