Everything about the Ryokan O was excellent. They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved it!

Overall, we liked this place. It is clean and tidy. common shower and toilet is clean. The only thing is we felt we had bed bug bites. so I would recommend to the owner to improve on this part then we would have given better rating for this accommodation. A bonus surprise at this place is they provide complimentary light breakfast (eg bread, packed soup). Nice and friendly staff.
