Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even by Japanese standards. Room and facilities were very clean and comfortable, and the bed was nice. Air conditioning in the room was great. Beautiful area and close to food and shops. Awesome place to stay before the Magome walk.
Be aware that the property is a steep walk from the train station, so for some people waiting for the bus or getting a cab might be necessary. However I myself (of average fitness) walked it back and forth a few times just fine.

Great welcome and extremely helpful staff. Very clean and comfy rooms and shared spaces. I definitely recommend. Location is a bit far away from the train station, I dont’t mind walking but if you do, keep in mind.
