Eugene Woodsy Studio - a peaceful, private hideaway with hot tub

Surrounded by trees, wildlife, a babbling seasonal stream and located just minutes away from the UofO and other local attractions, your cozy getaway awaits in Eugene at this well appointed contemporary Friendly Neighborhood Studio. Built in 2023, this welcoming quiet space features a Saatva queen bed and a comfy fold-down cushion top sofa-bed in the living room. Fresh coffee beans and grinder provided in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven and stove top, dishwasher, and island seating for two. The living room has a smart TV to stream your subscriptions, a few games, and local hiking books. The bathroom offers a tile shower, high quality towels, heated floors and a basket of those things most often forgotten. Outside you'll have exclusive access to the private patio area and bbq, as well as the 5-person hot tub (limited hours) with a forest view and the seasonal stream-side seating area. Whatever your need, if you don't see, we probably have it to lend (see more complete list of accessories below).

The Studio and it's separate entrance is located down a long string of stairs (no railing) at the back of our main home. The space offers a peaceful and relaxing setting with natural filtered light through surrounding trees, bird song, and forested views - which are especially nice from the hot tub (hours: 8am - 10pm). The large patio with bbq and water fountain, make the smaller footprint of the studio feel much larger.

The Studio is ideal for two people. It can accommodate three people with prior approval and extra fees per night. If you plan to make use of the sofa-bed, please let us know at the time of booking so we can set it up for you (the extra bedding is not kept in the studio.) Please note:
Access to the studio is down 36 steps without a handrail. Street parking for 1 vehicle in culdesac (2nd car must park a little further down the block.) We strive to keep our property as quiet and private as possible, as such, we ask that no outdoor music be played (unless you’re playing an instrument) and only registered guests be on the property. The hot tub is visible from the main house. My husband and I live in the house above the Studio. You may encounter us in the driveway or taking care of the hot tub or grounds during your stay, however we will always let you know if we need to be in the areas assigned to the Studio. Noise carries REALLY well in the woods, to respect our neighbors we have set Hot tub hours to: 8:00am to 10pm. If you book the Studio for 2 or more weeks, there is a mandatory free cleaning 1/2 way through your stay. We do NOT allow parties, events, photo shoots, smoking of any kind, pets, or guests on the property other than those registered.
