Stay & enjoy this historic 1920's Craftsman near the heart of Eugene. Cozy up with friends in the inviting outside covered living area or walk cross River Road to the nearby park, Willamette river bike path, parks, cafes & breweries. Easy commute to the University of Oregon, Autzen Stadium, Matt Arena, the Amtrak train station and our famous Whitaker "The Whit" brewery, distillery and gastropub neighborhood. You’ll love the home's modern comforts coupled with vintage charm. With great separation of space, you're sure to feel right at home. The home offers 1920's craftsman charm including wood floors, arches, plaster walls, and other period architectural details. Updates include a ductless heat pump providing heating and cooling, vinyl windows, a newer metal roof, walk-in tile shower and more. Onsite laundry too with supplies on hand! Holeman Ave is a very centrally located cul-de-sac with little traffic. River Road is only a block away with bike paths and parks only a few blocks beyond. River Road offers quick north-south routes and quick access to highways taking you to the coast to the west one hour and mountains and national parks an hour to the east. Take the Amtrak for as little as $17 for a picturesque Portland day trip excursion. This home is supplied with linens, bedding, bath and kitchen towels, a well equipped kitchen and more. At move in the home always offers guests the basics Keurig cups, TP, paper towels, and basic toiletries and cooking supplies. Beautiful little home. Back patio was especially nice. Home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and we were allowed to check-in a couple of hours early when our travels got us to town ahead of schedule.
