My place is close to restaurants, bike path, bus routes an easy walk to friendly street café, and family-friendly activities. Quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to local convenience markets and parks. my place is good for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families {with kids}. The house is a very close to the fairground, very quick drive to the u of o campus and city center

This Eugene home has all the amenities you need and reminded us of home. The house is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There are raspberries, blackberries, and grapes in the backyard. We were able to relax in a conveniently located area to many cities in Oregon.

We were in for the Eugene Marathon. The house accurate as listed. It was a great price for what we needed. Juan answered the few questions we had in a timely manner and was very helpful in his responses. There is a great market/grouping of food trucks just south of the house a few blocks but we didn’t discover it until our second to last day. We would stay here again if we come back and encourage others to make use of this rental if you’re ever in Eugene.

This was a perfect house for my niece and family (4 total). It’s about two blocks from where we live and very close to the friendly food court and market. The VRBO reservation system did not let me reserve six months ahead as expected but I was able to get the reservation three months in advance. Host Juan was very helpful.

this is our second time staying here. it’s clean, easy and comfortable. the location is pretty convenient for us and the neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. the ac worked well during a mini heat wave. host is responsive and easy to communicate with. we enjoyed the friendly market and food trucks.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and quiet house. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner even provides some useful things like a Keurig machine and coffee pods. The bedrooms were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and has a market, coffee shop, and restaurant all within a short walk. Quick 10-15 minute drive to U of O. Would stay here again for the reasonable price!

This was the perfect place for two couples to stay. The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. We have a student at UO which is an easy 10 minute drive away. Super cute neighborhood with a great little market and cafe a couple blocks away.

Cute house with upgrades. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the family room. It worked great for us, we had 4 people. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen is quite small, not much counter space to cook. Which was ok with us as we only cooked in one time. The coffee maker didn't work but we notified the owner who offered to try and fix it while we were there. We told him that was not necessary but he needed to know for future guests. This was our first time in Eugene (college graduation) so we were not familiar with the location before we booked the house but it seemed like it was generally 10-15 minutes drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.
