The place was HUGE, very nice and well appointed. The pics don't do it justice. I wish we could've stayed longer.
Slightly further from downtown than I thought, but not bad. Could use a curtain over the front door.

Here's how good it was: They had premium toilet paper, and lots of it.! The house was large, comfortable, clean and fully stocked. Really, we've stayed in Eugene many times, and The Palace was our favorite accommodations.
We stayed in the lower floor, and there was work being done on the upper floor. That being said, the noise was minimal and whoever was working were really considerate.

This place is HUGE! Plenty of room for the 4 of us staying. Extremely clean and well supplied. I don't know how they dry the towels and bathroom rugs but I've never seen something so soft! Beds 10+!
Dishes were a little random, very Goodwill-ish. We actually bought some plastic bowls and glasses and made a donation.

The rental was a clean, separate unit in the daylight basement of house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rental was approximately 10 minutes to the University of Oregon and convenient to I-5.
