About this house rental
Charming house in a good neighborhood that was recently updated and should be comfortable for a small family. Kitchen has all new appliances as well as a washer and dryer. You are a mile from the University of Oregon, 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium, or can walk 7 minutes to downtown Eugene where you have access to a number of restaurants and breweries. Also a close drive to hikes and other activities. The master has a comfortable King bed, the second bedroom has a twin day bed along with a trundle. The living room has a brand new couch with a queen size pull out sofa mattress. There is an outdoor carport for your car as well.

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. This is a darling home with everything needed. Recently updated. Excellent communication with owner. Safe, quaint neighborhood within walking distance and quick drive to everything you need. Owner left some dishwasher pods and laundry pods. There was dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. There are plenty of towels, extra blankets, sheets, and pillows. Beds and couch are comfortable. Outside and inside lighting is perfect. Best showerhead we have ever experienced! Plenty of hot water.Full-size washer and dryer in the home. driveway parking. Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods. Hair blow dryer and hand mirror. Ice cube trays in the side-by-side fridge freezer. My only recommendation might be a toaster. We would fully recommend this home for your stay in Eugene!
