About this house rental
Completely remodeled home with intention of listing as a vacation rental by a couple who have rented over 100 VRBO homes.
Enter on the top floor and enjoy the open living space from the kitchen to living room leading you to the large new back deck. 1 king bedroom and the 2nd room with king bed (may be converted to twin and trundle twin) to make a second upstairs king bed upstairs with access to full bath with tub/shower. The master suite is downstairs with 3rd king bed and a full bath including shower and space to add the crib upon request.
Step outside the master suite French doors into a large Salus Barrel Suana to start your morning looking out at the water and wildlife!
Your family will love the downstairs theater room with new 84 inch LG Nano TV and surround sound for viewing your favorite games or shows.
New appliances throughout including the kitchen and washer dryer in the laundry room. High speed WiFi and TV service provided by Comcast with AppleTV on televisions on the main floor, master bedroom and theater.
Enjoy sunsets from the elevated back deck overlooking Delta Ponds with wildlife after your day. It’s the perfect space to unwind with 2 fans and large Bromic heaters to keep you comfortable. Home to over 120 bird species, you will see waterfowl, great blue herons, raptors and if your lucky maybe even a beaver or two right out back on Delta Ponds.
If games are more your speed, sidle up to the foos ball table upstairs or bust out corn-hole and throw some bags by the water out back.
Slow cook on the large Treager while you sip local wine and beer, or fire up the Weber if you prefer gas grilling. Either way our kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook at home.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck or join the walkers and tour the neighborhood and see the large fir trees. Walk Delta Ponds or access the Willamette River Trail system from entrances in the neighborhood. This paved bike path loops the Willamette River as it flows through Eugene. Along the route there are restaurants, children’s play areas, the Owen Rose Garden, ducks, parks and access to the UofO.

Our stay here was great! The house is really nicely done from its fully equipped kitchen to the rooms that have really comfy mattresses (and a Toto toilet in the master bathroom :-) Everything has been thought out. There’s AC and heat in the house and outside, there are fans for when it’s hot and heaters for when it’s cold. And it’s so peaceful with the pine trees, birds, and wind chimes adding to the atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Everything we asked for and some. The house remodel is really nice. Everything worked and the kitchen fully equipped really helped us during our stay . We were in town of our sons wedding and used the House as a base for our week. We used the outside deck and patio areas to host family and enjoy our down time. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our time. The hosts were great.
