The apartment was super cute. Steep stairs so keep that in mind for mobility and accessibility. Good location to be right next to the trail. The neighborhood was quiet despite being close to downtown. Overall good for the price.
There was some gunk in the bathroom sink and black smudges on the comforter. There was also chewing gum on the bedside table. There was a backyard for the dog but there were 2 other dogs there which was not mentioned so we had to walk the dog down the street for him to go potty. There is off street parking but they didn’t mention to park to one side because someone else parks there as well. The train is so loud
