Handy location, well equipped, perfect for a solo overnight or two
The bed was not comfortable, basically a sofa bed. Make this a dedicated bed and you’re solid!

There was no breakfast. The efficiency was in a decent location - though someone told me not to walk alone after dark. It was pretty clean, and the kitchen was decently appointed.
I'd have liked to have had a chair in which to sit that wasn't either the bed or the dinette table ...
