About this apartment rental
Rialto Canal View, elegant apartment with a vintage flavor in the San Polo district.
Beautiful apartment located on the second floor of a building served by elevator.
This lovely accommodation, consists of a large living room furnished with two sofas, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle. Next,two charming bedrooms,one of which has a comfortable queen size bed and single sofa bed,and another with two single beds.
Finally,three bathrooms, two of which have a shower and one with a bathtub, complete the layout of the apartment.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as: Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, iron and washing machine.
Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.
*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

We could easily live here. Perfect location, beautiful apartment, A/C worked great, loved the tub...we can't say enough good about this place!! It was so hard to leave but we can't wait to come back!

This was the perfect location by the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was big and spacious with amazing views. It felt safe walking to the apartment at night. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. The showers were small cruise-sized showers with broken doors. And there was no place to put your shower supplies except on the floor. Also there were cleaning supplies, ladders and ironing boards stored in corners of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. We traveled throughout Greece and Italy and this was the only VRBO that didn’t have the extra bed made up, we had to do it ourselves. And they didn’t provided coffee and waters. Not a huge deal, but we got that everywhere else so it was disappointing when it was missing from this apartment. The main issue was communication. I reached out 3 times while we were in the US asking for information. All went unanswered. Then 5 days before the date of our stay, I get a surplus of information and forms to fill out. Including an 8 page pdf of instructions. It would have been nice to have all that information while I was in the US instead of having to do that while I was on vacation. Included in the pdf were instruction to remove our trash from the apartment or else we’d be fined. And the property management team was responsive the entire time while we were in Venice.

As our last stay in Venice, this was disappointing. Most notable, we could not get the AC to work, and it was oppressively hot and made sleeping very difficult. There are not any ceiling or standing fans to help move air. I emailed Wonderful Italy on Friday for assistance, and they responded on Monday, after we had already checked out. I mistakenly thought I had paid the city tax, and they were more than quick to respond to me when I owed 15 dollars. The pictures of the listing are accurate, but without the adornment on the table; some of the furniture is different; the apartment is very sparce. Cleaning could be stepped up & there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed which are also listed in a previous review - toilet seat broken, lamps that did not work, chandelier. The thermostat was different than the picture sent to me for check-in. Upon check-in, instructions detailed a door straight out of the elevator and clearly marked. In actuality, there are 2 doors to the left when you step out of the Iift with no labeling. No coffee & Nespresso water receptacle needed scrubbing. Great location, but tarnished by the other issues.
