Rugabella Rialto Deluxe by Wonderful Italy

Location is perfect. We had to reserve this apartment for 6 people last minute the day before due to another hotel cancellation for all of us, and the price/place/location can't be beaten. Everyone in my group loved the place when they saw it. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for 6 people (young professionals). Perfectly clean, fully equipped, a wonderful restaurant just below it where we had dinner, 2 coffee shops in the same corner, walkable to everywhere, close to luggage storage that we used the second day. We got the codes the evening before, and everything turned out great! Be ready to go up a narrow stair from the street to the apartment (with suitcases), though.

The company communicated well, but we had to reserved the day before due to another hotel's cancellation last minute for 6 people, and for this place we had to upload all information (national IDs) of 6 people, and complete some paperwork, that had it not been because I was still home the day before with my computer, I would have been unable to. I understand communication through their site is official and they follow national laws, but I provided my Whatsapp for better communication, and they only sent a Whatsapp once everything was approved (seemed automatic) that same day in the morning. I am used to more personal communications with hosts/hosting companies. They did not even acknowledge when I wrote that we had left the apartment.

Fantastyczne miejsce. W samym centrum pięknej Wenecji. Fajny i dobrze wyposażony salon/jadalnia do wspólnie spędzanego czasu. Super kontakt z właścicielami.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top – direkt bei der Rialtobrücke, mit einem netten Frühstückscafé im Haus, einer Bäckerei nebenan und dem Grünmarkt gleich ums Eck. Auch die Aufteilung mit drei Zimmern und zwei Bädern ist ideal für Familien oder Freundesgruppen.

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr laut. Da alle Fenster auf den Hauptfußweg gehen, ist es vor allem am Wochenende durch Lokale und Bars bis in die frühen Morgenstunden extrem lebhaft – Schlafen war für uns kaum möglich. Und kaum wird es ruhig, starten früh morgens schon Lieferdienste und die Straßenreinigung, sodass es eigentlich nie wirklich still ist. Ohrstöpsel sind hier ein Muss. Die Ausstattung könnte ebenfalls besser sein: wenig Geschirr, Töpfe und Gläser, alles etwas zusammengewürfelt. Bei fünf Personen heißt das täglicher Abwasch – mit nur einem Spülmaschinentab nicht ganz einfach. In unserem Fall war außerdem die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Auch die verschmutzte Treppe und der kaputte Handlauf waren kein schöner erster Eindruck.
