Palazzo del Sale, Rialto

Great location, clean room, full kitchen with microwave (the only place out of 7 stays in Europe that had one!), dish washer, washing machine, was fully stocked. Lots of storage space and windows. Good communication from host.

The primary bed mattress sags on both sides quite a bit so the center of the matters has a raised hump. I could sleep still though. Also the air conditioner works well if you close the pocket doors to the kitchen and bathroom but the second bedroom needs its own unit because it is still warm in there even with the fan. Overall it was still worth it to stay here and I would do it over again.

nothing it was perfect

Great location just by the Rialto bridge. Good facilities and we were grateful for the washing machine as we were touring round. Good shower and beds were comfortable. There was coffee and water provided when we got there.

No air con and it was unseasonably hot when we were there in May over 30C Pillows weren’t great.

The location was excellent. It was close to the Rialto Bridge. The kitchen was nice with all the basics. They provided some instant coffee packets which were nice. An excellent breakfast shop is downstairs across the street.

We picked this apartment for the promised amenities (welcome kit, bathrobes, bottle of Prosecco) after a 30+ day backpacking trip. I wanted the women to feel pampered. None of the pampering items were in the apartment. I called Alberto and asked him about the Prosecco, and he dismissed it. I sent him photos of his listing description. As of today, the items are still listed (see pics). We also had black mold in the shower which didn't drain properly. So you had to shower quickly to avoid water overflowing. Finally, he requested us to remove the trash after charging a cleaning fee. I hope he updates his listing to reflect his trash removal request, and I hope he removes the pampering items that he doesn't actually provide. It was disappointing to not provide my friends with what was promised. Also it might be good to remove the mold the next time he sanitizes.
