La comunicazione con i proprietari è molto semplice e agevole, tutto via whatsapp, molto dettagliata e precisa. Le chiavi sono ritirabili e riconsegnabili in completa autonomia e questo indubbiamente è un punto a favore. L'alloggio è spazioso, pulito e abbastanza attrezzato. Ideale per due persone adulte. Posizione del parcheggio comoda, se non si hanno troppi bagagli.
Mancano alcune cose se si considera un soggiorno più lungo, come una scopa, scopettone e stracci per le pulizia del pavimento. Una parte del letto matrimoniale è decisamente scomoda, scricchiolante e in pendenza verso il centro. Mancano delle istruzioni sull'uso delle piastre a induzione. Il bagno aveva una finestra ma non siamo riuscite a capire come aprirla e non sembrava ci fosse in alternativa una ventola funzionante.

You get the full mountain experience. Sormano is a village close to the top with fog, rain and snow. Very quiet and peaceful. The apartment had one double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Parking is free nearby the place, close to the church. Komo is 40 minutes away due to narrow streets and fog.
Technical problem with the electricity power on 03:00 till morning. This made the apartment icy cold because heating is AC and water boiler is electric. Also I did not find any garbage bags, had to use my own. The view from the first floor is other houses, better book the second floor.
