Mountain life is hard.

You get the full mountain experience. Sormano is a village close to the top with fog, rain and snow. Very quiet and peaceful. The apartment had one double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Parking is free nearby the place, close to the church. Komo is 40 minutes away due to narrow streets and fog.

Technical problem with the electricity power on 03:00 till morning. This made the apartment icy cold because heating is AC and water boiler is electric. Also I did not find any garbage bags, had to use my own. The view from the first floor is other houses, better book the second floor.

We had a wonderful week in a lovely apartment in Sormano.

The property was very clean and it was as shown on the pictures. Also the service was really fast and the housekeeping helped us within 20 minutes.

It was somewhat hard to find and the basic things like baking oil and washing soap for the dishes were not available.

Peaceful village.

Good location though very silent village. Pizzeria Vito is a must visit, tiny hidden gem 50m from a square. Brilliant truely Italian pizza and more. Old owners, very traditional.

Peaceful and quiet

Everything was new and clean. it was great to rest and walk around the small town.

The location was on top of a mountain and it is little bit deserted place. We loved it, but if you are traveling alone might be little scary. Also, It would be great to have a water boiler or coffee machine.

Penso non dovrebbero essere aperti. Lavori edili all appartamento sopra al mio, con lancio di residui edili dalla finestra che mi passava davanti e rumore di demolizioni.. segnalato e stoppato dopo un po di tempo per fortuna. Una signora é venuta a scusarsi ma credo non c’entrasse nulla con la struttura, quantomeno non si è presentata o qualificata, ma offrendo vino e un pensierino per mia figlia per scusarsi. Ma a prescindere da questo già solo questo punto basta a porsi dubbi sull’agibilità (che sarà senz’altro certificata). Assenza di termosifoni (in altura), presenza di pompe di calore. Temperatura all’arrivo:12 gradi. Risultato stasera (il gg dopo) mia figlia ha la polmonite. Accese le pompe di calore l’appartamento é andato in temperatura in “comode” 4 ore e noi a gelare.. presenza di rivestimenti metallici pieni di ruggine sulle mensole (anche quelle che “fungono” da comodini).. assenza di bidet in bagno, sapone “annacquato” con dispenser non funzionante. Doccino sostitutivo del bidet che perde acqua dal lato, acqua putrida che emette un olezzo di fogna, che abbiamo dovuto sorbirci per tutta la notte, essendo il bagno privo di finestre (e con un areatore rumoroso e vagamente difettoso). Presenza di marciume sulla porta del bagno come segno di allagamenti precedenti. Scale non ultimate quindi sdrucciolevoli.. forse meglio fermarsi qui con la recensione, ma non fermarsi mai qui per dormire.

Un séjour dépaysant dans le cadre d’un petit village de col.

Ensemble propre confortable et très correctement équipé. Parfait pour balades en montagne.

Pas d’accès à la terrasse extérieur. Pas de stationnement privatif. Véhicule nécessaire. Il faut être conscient que l’ accès au lac et environ est assez long en temps (route en lacets très prisée des motards)

Tout était parfait !! Le cadre, le lit, la propreté rien à redire. Tout est mis à disposition pour que le séjour se déroule bien. La possibilité de prendre des boissons fraîches (en supplément) dans le réfrigérateur est une bonne initiative. Merci

Het appartement ligt heel centraal. Vanuit Sormano kun je alle kanten uit. Alle aanwijzingen kwamen via Whatsapp, inclusief foto’s en filmpje (!) en er was een prettig schriftelijk contact met de verhuurder(s). Leuk appartement (Sormano 1), fijne keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Rustig gelegen. Auto parkeren bij de kerk 50 meter verderop. Sleutels via een kluisje. Drankjes in de koelkast kun je afrekenen met een QR code. Legitimatie wordt vooraf gevraagd om op te sturen, betaling wordt direct verrekend. Top plek en heel betaalbaar.

Pratique pour visiter le lac de Côme

Le canapé n'est pas confortable et la télé bizarrement orientée, sinon l'appart était très pratique !

Appartement très joli (celui avec les pierres dans la salle de bain) avec une vue sympathique, emplacement assez stratégique selon moi (à 35min de Côme, 30min de Bellagio et 55min de Varenna en passant par le pont).

Manque de propreté (housse sur le fauteuil pas très propre, miroir de la porte de la SDB remplie de traces de doigts, éclaboussures sur le mur de la kitchenette, toiles d'araignées,..) et manque de certains équipements (un four mais pas de plats à four ni de maniques, un fer à repasser mais pas de planche à repasser, pas d'essui de vaisselle). Je suis certaine que l'hôte aurait pu nous fournir le nécessaire mais nous n'avons pas voulu "perdre le temps" de le demander.

Работающие кондиционеры Есть необходимые посуда и принадлежности для приготовления. Соль/сахар/кофе/масло Есть балкончик Вокруг ремонт.

Дали не тот номер, который бронировали. А по итогу в букинге стоит отмена бронирования в день нашего отъезда В бронировании специально выбирали кровать и ДИВАН-КРОВАТЬ!! Т.к снимали вместе со взрослым сыном. В том помещении, которое получили - диван стоял в кухне, спать на нем нельзя Отдохнуть не удалось. Не чисто - оставлены волосы, пыль, под раковиной грязь и картонка от туалетной бумаги Вода уходит плохо в душе Очень сильный химозный запах был, когда вошли. зачем-то включен в розетку химический «освежитель воздуха» . Сразу проветривали, но запах немного успел въестся Евро розеток нету в спальне. Была путаница с ключами при въезде, решили через ватсапп. Холодильник завален бутылками и банками, остаетфся мало места.

Soddisfatta del soggiorno.

Struttura nuova, gli operai stavano facendo i lavori di ristrutturazione negli appartamenti adiacenti. Ben ammobiliata e ben accessoriata. Wi-Fi, Tv, phone pentole e piatti nuovi. Doccia molto bella. Posizione a metà tra Lecco, Como e Bellagio, ottima per spostarsi in tutte le zone. Parcheggio vicino, comodo e gratuito.

Un po’ più di pulizia: tante ragnatele.

Casa piccola ma accogliente, ben pulita il signore che ci ha accolto gentilissimo e il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile al telefono di qualsiasi cosa avevamo bisogno.Sicuramente ci ritorneremo Per chi volesse un paese affollato e pieno di movida ecco non è questo il caso Sormano è un paese tranquillo con la comodità dell'essenziale per vivere ma bellissimo

Great accommodation among the hills

Grazie per tutti! Ubytování odpovídalo fotografiím. Bylo vidět, že jsme byli mezi prvními ubytovanými, apartmán je úplně nový. Vyzvednutí klíčů proběhlo bez problémů, komunikace s majitelem byla výborná. Apartmán má vybavenou kuchyň, ložnici, obývák s rozkládací pohovkou, koupelnu a balkon. Venku je potom terasa s dostatkem židlí, stolky, dvě lehátka a vířivka. V apartmánu bylo super ticho na spaní a zatemňovací závěsy jsou velké plus. S parkováním jsme taky neměli problém, parkovací místo zdarma je u kostela kousek od apartmánu, doslova pár kroků. Nevím ale, jak to vypadá v plné sezóně. Jako pozornost jsme v lednici měli láhav sektu a vodu, to bylo milé. Apartmán má i pračku. Určitě doporučuji mít k dispozici auto. Celkově jsme byli naprosto spokojení, jen bych vychytala detaily, které člověk při častejším cestování ocení.

Určitě bych doplnila maličkosti - dobrý velký nůž na pečivo, ostrý nůž na krájení potravin, rychlovarnou konvici a také nám chyběl věšák na oblečení. Kdybychom tam byli v zimě, nemáme si kam pověsit bundy nebo jiné oblečení. Apartmán má být určený až pro čtyři osoby, ale rozkládací gauč určitě není pro dva, tak je potřeba s tím počítat. Dvě děti se ale vyspí určitě krásně. Je slyšet dupání od sousedů nahoře, protože na zemi je dlažba, ale pokud jsou všichni ohleduplní, dá se to snést. Také by bylo fajn doplnit víc hrnků, dva jsou málo :-)
