Camera dei Paggi - Pescate - Lecco

Die Lage ist hervorragend . Man kann zu Fuß nach Lecco gehen und der Supermarkt ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind schön und es gibt ausreichend Stauraum. Die Wohnung war etwas verstaubt aber ok. Das Bett war sehr sauber und frisch bezogen, außerdem war es sehr bequem.

Die Beleuchtung war etwas düster, es fehlte 1 Glühleuchte und die Beleuchtung einer Nachttischlampe war defekt. Leider gab es keine tiefen Teller/Suppenteller, keine Dessert-bzw. Müslischalen und keine große Schüssel. Eine Ablage in der Dusche wäre ebenfalls sehr hilfreich . Die Kaffeemaschine ( Dolce Gusto) war sehr verdreckt und es war noch altes Wasser vom Vormieter darin. Da wir unsere eigene Kaffeemaschine dabei hatten, hat es uns aber nicht gestört.

In Mandello del Lario war die große Eröffnung von Moto Guzzi's neuem Werk. Dafür eine vernünftige nicht überteuerte Unterkunft wie fast alle anderen zu der Zeit.

Sehr schwer zu finden, ohne einen Anwohner der die Unterkunft kannte hätte ich es nicht gefunden. Die Matratze des Bettes war sehr weich mit einer großen Kuhle.

Wow wow wow! What an amazing property. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the bottom and had an outside seating area. Inside was everything that we needed. Its a 2-3km walk from the train station, but so worth it.

The aircon was broken, but the gave us a fan to use instead. Unfortunately it just isn’t the same

Good wifi. Easy to park nearby. Location is ok. Calm place. The surroundings are nice and the building itself is charming. Store and Mt. Barro within walking distance. Easy to find, easy check in, easy street parking. Instructions and initial communication was good. Has the basics needed in the kitchen. General cleanliness was passable (cleanliness okay in general with exceptions - see below). Could be a much better place with better cleanliness and fixing some issues.

The bed mattress is very uncomfortable due to sagging and being old. It also stank of previous tenants body odors - it definitely needs deep cleaned as a minimum, but in reality it should be replaced. Very bad sleep due to it. I've tried to do basic cleaning - the smell was still there. The dishwasher was so dirty and smelly that it was even difficult to clean it out, but at least it was okay after cleaning. Cleaning supplies for that were not provided. Dishes and utensils in turn were also dirty when we arrived. Soundproofing is bad, but its to be expected due to an older building and its calm during the night - so not an issue but worth mentioning. If these issues are fixed I would give this 8 or 9. Value would also be good if not these.
