I really liked the building because it's historic, and I found the room to be spacious. It's nothing fancy, just adequate for lodging. If you want to explore the city and have a place with ample space to leave your belongings and relax at the end of the day in peace and quiet, this is the right place.
The bed isn't comfortable to sleep in. Since I was cycling every day, I basically arrived home tired and just wanted to sleep, so the lack of comfort in the bed eventually went unnoticed. The TV isn't very helpful, but it's the bare minimum for someone who wants to watch something.
A shelf in the shower stall;
An extra pillow to sleep on;
A duvet cover;
A few extra kitchen utensils;
These details would make a very positive difference to the stay.

Quiet, laundry, comfy bed, good water pressure, close to the river, and the apartment it self was very beautiful
No basic spices, sticky door, could use some more utensils!

Very clear instructions from the host and great communication in general. Old and even historic building and antique furniture. Heating works very well and makes the apartment warm in winter. A lot of free parking.
An old analog TV, without Netlix or Youtube. Although bed sheets anf towels were clean but the cleaning overall might be better.

Piccolo appartamento ma fornito di tutti i servizi necessari,adatto se vuoi passare pochi giorni e non hai grandi pretese in fatto di lusso,spartano ma carino e accogliente.Ottima la posizione per raggiungere Lecco e i punti interessanti del Lago.
Tra le cose migliorabili sono sicuramente:la comodità dei letti,materassi e reti vecchie da cambiare;i cuscini scomodi;
in alcune parti del muro c'era la presenza di muffa e il box doccia è da sistemare,la mancanza della parte di un'anta comunque è scomoda e poco igienica,oltre il fatto che una passata di silicone nuova sarebbe consigliata.
