Need more care and basic things

The location

The apartment is not very well looked after. There is not microwave. The sofa was so unconfortable to sit to watch TV as It looks like the cusions doesn't belong to that sofa. The matrees from the bed so old and very unconfortable. The heating wasn't working well. The apartment is a nice one if it is looked after well. Very disappointing

No hot water when we arrived. Kitchen utensils not very clean, floor not very clean. No A/C (or didn’t work)

Location easy 30 min walk to Lecco central.

Many LIES in the properties description. BEWARE! - no washing machine, kettle, clothes drying rack, coffee machine and very limited kitchenware. INVASIVE, prolonged, unnecessary check in process. First time ever traveling the world I’ve had to hold my ID next to my face and submit a photo of myself. - expensive contract to sign before you can stay. They obviously don’t trust their guests but they themselves aren’t trust worthy. -MOLDY FITHY BATHROOM. - worst pillows ever.

Fascade of the building.

Very dangerous appartment. Dangerous for kids and adults. Not safe for people - second floor without floor or railing. Be careful if you skeep there in the master bedroom. Cheap furniture and decor. Unhostable instruction in the kitchen. You are not allowed to charge my card for this. We left clean as always. Never will go there again.

Great location, ok for a short stay and a base if you’re visiting Como

The apartment was spacious and we didn’t feel cramped like in a tiny studio. Location is great and there’s parking available.

- The system to regulate temperature was not working / or is very hard to figure out and we failed… - The bathroom standard and its comfort is low - 0 hangers in the apartment (although there was a rack) - Chairs at the table are very low compare to the table and it was uncomfortable to eat

The bathroom curtain was not clean/new. The bed frame above the head is not complete so our pillows kept falling on the floor. Everything was a bit moldy.

Spartano ma piacevole

Piccolo appartamento ma fornito di tutti i servizi necessari,adatto se vuoi passare pochi giorni e non hai grandi pretese in fatto di lusso,spartano ma carino e accogliente.Ottima la posizione per raggiungere Lecco e i punti interessanti del Lago.

Tra le cose migliorabili sono sicuramente:la comodità dei letti,materassi e reti vecchie da cambiare;i cuscini scomodi; in alcune parti del muro c'era la presenza di muffa e il box doccia è da sistemare,la mancanza della parte di un'anta comunque è scomoda e poco igienica,oltre il fatto che una passata di silicone nuova sarebbe consigliata.

Teleurstellend, veel was gammel, kapot of vies.

De meubeltjes waren leuk en er waren voldoende opruimmogelijkheden, behalve in de badkamer. Het voldeed allemaal maar net. We zijn eerder weggegaan, omdat we het er echt niet leuk vonden.

Douchecabine was stuk (er miste 1 paneel waar een gordijntje hing). Gordijnen in de slaapkamer dichtdoen betekende dat de roede eraf viel (moest op een stoel en met beleid) In de woonkamer waren de gordijnen 80 cm. te kort. Glazen waren niet schoon, het rook er muf. De oven was vuil waardoor er een enorme brandlucht uit kwam. De bedden zakten door en waren te zacht. Toen we de bedbank in de woonkamer opklapten moesten we zelf in de opslag kussens zoeken die vervormd en verwassen waren. Wasmachine in het appartement was ook stuk, beneden kon dat wel prima. Ik had ook de indruk dat er tussentijds iemand in het appartement was geweest om bedden op te maken.

prix un peu élevé par rapport au confort du logement matelas inconfortables / pas de rideaux occultant dans la salle (pas jusqu'en bas) pas de micro onde ni balais immeuble assez bruyant

Dimora storica ma un po' da rivalutare.

Colazione non compresa. Posizione ottima. Camera storica che andrebbe un po' migliorata.

Luce nello specchio in bagno assente. Porta doccia da sistemare ed eliminare quella orrenda tenda. Cabina armadio da arredare meglio. Invasione di millepiedi abbastanza fastidiosi che andrebbero debellati.
