The host was very friendly and kind. The flat was clean, spacious, and in a great location — just 15 minutes’ drive to the ski resort and a 6-minute walk to the grocery store. We stayed as a family and found the two separate toilet rooms extremely convenient. Having both a bathtub and a shower cabin was also a big plus. Parking was convenient, and the interior had a wonderful, authentic Italian local spirit. We loved it!
The only small thing we missed was a proper blanket on the master bedroom bed, as there was just a lightweight sheet, which felt a bit cool at night. However, this was very minor compared to all the positives of our stay.

Complete new renovation at Ballabio. Antonnello, the owner, is very friendly, flexible and ready to help/guide you during your stay. Good position with easy connections to Lecco/Dervio by bus or to Milan by train from Lecco.
