This lovely terraced house from 1800 in Ballabio is located just 8 km from the beautiful Lake Como. Here you will find beaches for sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing or just sunbathing. Ballabio is the first village in Valsassina, famous for its majestic mountains with climbing walls (Falesia le torrette, Falesia la vaccarese). It is also a good starting point for hiking or mountain biking in nearby places such as the Pian delle Betulle, the Piani dei Resinelli (mining park with guided tours and climbing crags) and the Grigne with routes of varying difficulty and fascinating panorama. Your vacation accommodation is only 7 km from Lecco, from where you can reach by boats and speedboats the main towns of Lake Como such as Bellagio, Como, Cernobbio and Varenna, as well as the railroad station with connection to Milan. In Lecco you can visit the Torre Viscontea, the Palazzo delle Paure and the Mountain Museum, enjoy culinary specialties in the good restaurants or simply store in the stores in the center. For golf lovers there is a golf course 16 km away. The Cà De Gàsper is located in the center of Ballabio, where you can find stores, restaurants and bars.
