Comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment with a very kind host

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Friendly and kind host who delivered fresh bread to our door each morning. Plentiful breakfast items provided in the apartment. Free parking close by and excellent location for Lake Como and two smaller Lakes nearby.

The one and only drawback is the Church bell for 50 dings at 07.15 every morning!

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden und werde definitiv nochmal hin, wenn ich ne Unterkunft brauche.

Richtig Sauer und alles in Ordnung. Die Aussicht ist echt schön, voll ausgestattet von Küchengeräte bis Bügeleisen. Der Besitzer ist echt liebevoll und Gastfreundlich.

Was mir nur nicht gefallen hat, war das Internet- extrem langsam und in manchen Räumen wie in der Küche oder im Bad sehr schwach. Wenn man den ganzen Tag draußen ist, stört das nicht aber wenn man zum ersten Mal da und Maps öffnet, ist das n bisschen frustrierend. Ansonsten war alles mega.

La casa non è nuovissima, ma è molto carina e accogliente. Ha tutto il necessario per passare un piacevole soggiorno di breve o lungo periodo. Il posto è molto tranquillo ed è ben servito con pizzerie, farmacie ristoranti bar ecc... ed è a due passi dal lago del segrino e di Pusiano. Davvero bravi e complimenti, grazie di tutto. Molto apprezzato anche il reparto colazione

A volte si notava un calo di tensione nell'illuminazione interna della casa, nulla di fastidioso, ma credo che il quadro elettrico andrebbe revisionato o ristrutturato del tutto.

Ci torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è davvero bello e curato in ogni dettaglio. La cucina ha tutto quello che serve per qualche notte. Noi abbiamo cenato fuori ma ho visto che c'è tutto il necessario, al mattino ho cucinato poi uova per tutti. È stato piacevolissimo trovare tutto pronto per la colazione, uova e latte compresi, ma anche biscotti, caffè/te, alcune merendine, insomma per tutti i gusti. Bagno perfetto, doccia bella spaziosa e anche lì ho trovato shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Aria condizionata disponibile. TV in salotto e camera pricipale. Cameretta con letto a castello comodo. Parcheggio a due passi dall'appartamento. Addirittura oltre al wifi, ci sono i ristoranti della zona suggeriti. Avevamo un gatto ed un cane con noi, non hanno neppure richiesto il supplemento per loro. Prezzo onestissimo. Pulizia impeccabile. Padrone di casa gentilissimo.

Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Geräumige Wohnung, ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage für Kühlen und Heizen, ansonsten ist auch alles da, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten und sind ruhig. Der kleine Balkon geht zur Straße, Richtung kl. Kreisverkehr, für italienische Verhältnisse aber trotzdem noch ruhig. Guter Kaffee mit einer Art Nespressomaschine. Das Frühstück bestand im Wesentlichen aus Süssem, d.h.süsse verpackte Kuchenteile, Kekse, Nutella, Marmelade, Saft und Fruchtyoghurt, Eier. Auf Wunsch besorgt der Gastgeber weisse Brötchen. Wer ein herzhaftes und ballaststoffreiches Frühstück will, sollte es sich mitbringen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 2 -2,5 km entfernt, steil den Berg runter bzw. hoch, zu Fuß also weniger zu empfehlen, zumal Gehwege teils fehlen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, wohnt gleich gegenüber, das WLAN ist gut. Der Lago Segrino liegt ganz nahe zum Spazierengehen ideal, aber auch dahin ist es zu Fuß problematisch, da Gehwege fehlen. Zum Comersee fährt man mindestens eine halbe Stunde, da die Gegend sehr dicht besiedelt und verkehrsreich ist.

Top Lage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen konnten wir immer eine Nachricht schreiben. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
