An otherwise comfortable budget stay ruined by cleaner not changing over on time after previous guest.
Location was quiet but central.
Property was not ready on arrival. No changeover from previous guests. Bed was soaking wet from open window. Wet dirty mattress left on the bed with clean bedding on top! Base broken. Had to sleep on sofa. Paid for three beds, had two. Checking at 2pm, cleaner left at gone 8pm. Crockery and cutlery dirty in cupboard. Sofa broken. Dangerous, smashed plug socket, apparently owner knew but hasn’t changed it. A family weekend ruined by waiting around to get in and no bed. However, other two beds comfortable, nice little garden and a great shower.

Very poor standard, fence panel missing garden my son had shirt taken, garden terrible condition, needs a lot of care inside interior not a good standard at all.

Clean and basic but pleasant enough for a quick trip.
Spacious and clean, facilities were basic but pleasant enough.
A few niggles with some items not working such as toaster and kettle both need replacing as they don't work as they should. There was a socket in the lounge which wasn't screwed into the wall properly so this left live electrics exposed which was a worry with young children.
