It was clean and we equipped
- The painting and repair jobs could have been done to a higher standard.
- We had to request the code to get into the property when we arrived as it hadn’t been sent beforehand so we were left standing outside with our 10 month old baby trying to get in. We had to then download an app to get the code to open the door which took several attempts on different phones. We found it very awkward and unnecessary.

The location is very out the way. Few minute drive from main shopping area or few minutes walk to local shop. Everywhere we needed it to be clean, was clean. Bedding, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Like staying in a home away from home. Fully kitted kitchen.
The property is tired. Downstairs toilet rocks due to loose fitting, carpet coming up, I could not run the bath as the tap doesn’t switch over. Upstairs toilet constantly run due to the button not working correctly, stairs feel like they are on their last legs. Second one up in particular feels like it’s been replaced with thin wood or is about to snap. Not even 2 whole toilet rolls left so had to purchase more as there was my whole family here.
