Decent apartment for a short stay. Was given a different apartment than, one listed in booking.com.

The apartment although not the one listed on booking.com, was in the same property and was on the ground floor. The apartment is decent size and very clean. Wifi is good. Ample parking space. Nearby grocery stores.

1. The apartment listed in booking.com was different from this one. The listed apartment had a back yard and a large Tele, and the one they allotted me had a very small tv, no back yard. 2. The apartment given to me had road to two sides of the apartment and it was very noisy from the road noise. But it was ok during the night time. 3. The apartment was a bit tricky to find and enter after taking the key. Tried to contact the owner/caretaker by calling them on the given mobile number but it was switched off. After waiting for 20 minutes in cold I knocked on an apartment in the same property and he showed us how to enter. 4. Some of the utensils like spoons were not cleaned after use, I have attached the photos. And it would have been nice if a knife was provided in the kitchen. 5. No mirror in the washroom.

It was super value for money, really comfortable and accessible for Liverpool. Nice reclining sofas! Free parking too :)

A few little bits like missing batteries in the remote, light not working in the hall and missing toilet brush.

There was nothing to like in the property

There was no heating, no hot water, no gas and did not get rectified even after mentioning to the owner, very unprofessional and have no sense or urgency , seems like they knew about the problem beforehand and did not take any action on it

Fine for one night

Hosts were good with communication and price was good for a double and single bedroom

Wasn't as clean as I would have liked, the cutlery draw and fridge were a bit grim, there was a packet of half eaten cake left in one of the kitchen cupboards. No sponge in the kitchen sink etc. Double room is very cramped and difficult if there are two of you. The cords on the binds in the single and the living room were missing, so we had to stand on tip toes and manually wind them up. No lock on the bathroom door.

Pathetic stay. Not recommended at all.

That it had its own parking. The lawn outside was well kept.

The house overall was not clean. Absolutely horrible beds (the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on - caused backpains). The stairs leading up to apartment were like stairs from hell. Small, uneven and pathetic. The entire house's heating was off and a temporary portable heater was kept which is absurd. The washroom was a joke , 2 facets on the sink (who even uses 2 facets?, are we living in 1800s). The shower had a small geyser which was very inefficient to heat water up. Basic necessaties like soap was not even provided.

Location was good. Walking distance from shops etc.

Basics like toilet roll and bin bags were missing. It wasn't obvious how to turn on the heating. Kitchen missing basic items like oven gloves.

the property offers private parking, which is amazing. apartment was rather big, had lots of natural light coming in.

our apartment was on the second floor, and the stairs were very steep, quite difficult to use when carrying luggage. the smallest bedroom didn’t have a wardrobe.

Location fab

No where to hang clothes. Trouble was noise from the road. Does go quite after 11 but lorries still going then traffic starts again at 6 so we left after 1st night.

Beautiful apartment but cosy also. Very clean and well equipped for everything you need. Close to hospital were i was visiting my brother. Close to shop and takeaways.

Friendly location for large families.

My whole family stayed for 3 nights in 4 apartments. Everything was as expected, excellent communication with the host. Close to TESCO and train station. Parking spaces available.

More towels and a mirror in each apartment would be necessary. Be careful with the keys, don't forget them inside, because the doors close automatically. Information about this aspect would be welcome.

Owner needs to check maintenance and cleanliness. Get some darker blinds

Fridge, walking distance to shop and train

Place stunk of Cigarette smoke, had to open it all up when we got there and every time we came back in. Too close to a heavy traffic road. Blinds were a joke- Main bedroom one let in so much light at night from streetlight, I had to cover my eyes to sleep, lounge room and main bedroom cords were broken Mattress needs throwing out- heavily stained and no ‘mattress protector’ =I slept on top of ‘doona’ Towels were odd and 1 was really small. I ??towel rolled up on spare bed was actually a bath floor mat No tea towel Only a minimum amount of dish detergent 1/2 inch in bottom of bottle 1/4 toilet roll No frypan, but a plus was there is a beautiful gas top stove Fridge needs defrosting Checked under bed for anything we may have dropped, it was filthy I normally don’t write critical reviews, but!

We stayed for a week. Apartment was roomy and comfortable with easy access by train to Liverpool Lime Street

It was clean and comfortable. It had parking and was in a quiet area. Motorway was easily accessible

The apartment was very nice, shower very good and bed comfortable. could do with a few extra bits in the kitchen as i do like to cook, the oven could do with clean as it smoked the first time i used it. everything else was really good

We had a lovely stay and would recommend the place to others and would stay there again.

The property is in a nice location. Handy for shops and places to eat. It was comfortable for sleeping. The member of staff I spoke to was friendly and helpful as was Shannon. Check in was easy.

Only thing I couldn’t get used to was the shower but that is only cos I’m used to a power shower. It did the job but getting the right temperature was hard.

Great apartment close to train station

Great little apartment, has everything you need. Clean and good size rooms, close to train station, only 18 mins into city, nice pub across road and Tesco 5 mins away. Host was very helpful in amending our stay dates.

No big issues, just some small touches missing like a big mirror in the room or hall would be good, a hair dryer and a bin in the bathroom. Also a brush and pan would be good but no problems with the apartment itself.

The actual apartmnet was very nice and clean, and staff very helpful

No hanging for dresses or clothes at all so that’s not very good as we travelled over for a wedding, washing machine had stuff left in it that smelt

Didn't feel clean.

Well located for a course I was attending, secure, good parking. Had a good range of cooking facilities. Quiet.

Very tired in places, stains on walls and grubby around window sills, mirrors smudged or broken. No mattress protector on the bed (I used a towel), one of the towels appeared to have a blood stain on it. TV in living room had no signal. Bath suite could do with updating as grouting stained red from mould. I think the springs on the mattress had gone, in midsummer the bedroom didn't get dark until late at night and then very bright just after 4am.

Great spot for us

Perfect apartment for our short break. interior was very clean and decor stylish. Bed was comfy and shower good. location was easy for taxi drivers/ubers to find.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but maybe have instructions on how to put on the heating! We got home soaked and cold & couldn't figure it out!

Needs easy improvements

Modern setup, nice area. The host was easily contactable.

Bed sheets were dirty, once reported, the cleaner did come and replace with new sheets. No shower gel/Shampoo in bathroom. No sponge to clean dishes in the kitchen. Lock needs to be added to the bathroom and ideally add a full length mirror. No place to hang closes in the double room.

Very spacious with good facilities . Good value for money.

It was spacious and had all the amenities as described for a comfortable stay. Was in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Bit difficult to locate as apartment block not visible from the road . However the host provided us the directions and details which were helpful. Would be good to have some basic toiletries like body gel and shampoo.

Despite its satisfactory location, this apartment was very disappointing in quality. i

The location.

Missing essential items. No hairdryer, clothes maiden, instruction manuals, spatula, oven gloves, or paring knife. Dirty, greasy dishware, jumble of cutlery in unorganized drawer. Vacuum cleaner in the hallway. One roll of toilet paper provided for a six night stay. One tea towel which had food residue stuck to it. Long hairs on the bedding. No closet space--it was full of painting supplies. Unkempt entrance way, in need of vacuuming and cleaning. A sparse amount of watered down washing up liquid. The soap bottle in the bathroom had someone else's toothpaste spit on it. Dishwashing sponge was likely a biohazard.

Cleaning and noise from road ruined stay

The location as wanted to be near a friend for a funeral

On the surface it smelt clean but the cupboards were sticky - utensil drawer full crumbs. stains on the blankets and sheets - brown wet marks on radiator! The windows seals have gone so the noise of traffic on road kept is awake all night so we only stayed one night
