Good stay.

The flat and the surroundings were very nice.

I am used to a lively area, so where the flat was situated. It was very quiet, which isn't a problem.

The flat served its purpose as a place to rest our heads.

Ample parking in the two municipal car parks.

We were up for a family wedding. One of us had a warm shower, the second had a tepid/cold shower and the 3rd had to boil a kettle and have a strip wash. In fairness we didn't phone the help line, but mainly because we didn't have time to wait for the water to heat up. We had to text/ring for the door code as no email was received. The sheet on one of the beds wasn't long enough to go over the end of the mattress. The paint was pealing off some of the walls and the sofas were really tired. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how the hot water works etc. Hopefully, you will take the comments constructively, with a little bit of TLC you have a lovely little flat.

The location was very convenient with loads of takeaways within walking distance and a corner shop to buy anything you need.

The bed was very uncomfortable and it would be nice to have a shelf to put shampoo etc on in the shower. The stove took very long to warm up.

Overall it was fine, value for money and the hosts had their guests’ interest at heart in furnishing

Very well equipped property. The hosts have thoughtfully included all the equipment etc.,/ wifi, tv that you may need. All to a high standard. Communication with the hosts was clear, prompt and exemplary. Being marginally over 6 ft in height, I was dismayed by a bed stead with a bottom rail/ frame. The bedstead also creaked whenever you moved. Easily fixed I should think. The wider location was good for our visit to a family function in Newton le Willows, but Junction Lane was a bit so so, with the rooms adjacent to the street. In fairness,it proved to be very quiet during the night with little traffic noise and parking was close by.

Sorry, all marginally negative points in box above.
