Communication before, during and afterwards was excellent. The property was in excellent condition and facilities to match. Location was also perfect, especially for us as we have family all around the area.
The only slight issue is parking as the street is permit only, but this was clearly explained in advance, with suitable solutions provided and in truth it created no issue for us.

Ruim, meerdere kamers en een goed uitgeruste keuken voor dit type appartement. Op wandelafstand (5 minuten) van het station naar Liverpool en Manchester. In het plaatje goede supermarkt en restaurants/afhaal chinees
Buurt is wat verlopen en de trap naar het appartement stijl en donker.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in Rainhill. Everything was clean, kitchen was well-equipped, bed really comfortable. Great shower, everything supplied.
Front stairs are very steep (risers were taller than treads) - a real challenge with a heavy suitcase. Street parking possible after hours but otherwise it was a bit of a walk.
